Does any of this sound familiar?

Parents often notice something in everyday life long before they can name it. These are the kinds of things families describe when they get in touch.

  • Movement and coordinationFalling, bumping into things, avoiding physical play, finding PE hard
  • Body awarenessSeems unsure where their body is, heavy-handed, gets tangled up in tasks
  • Big feelings or a busy bodyHard to settle, big reactions, difficulty calming or getting going
  • Attention and taking partDrifts off, hard to start or finish, struggles to stay with an activity
  • Confidence and giving upAvoids trying, says they can't do it, withdraws from things they used to enjoy
  • Play and being with othersFinds group play hard, plays alongside rather than with, misses social cues

Recognising something here does not mean anything is wrong. It means it may be worth understanding better.

How support works

  1. You get in touch

Describe what you are noticing, in your own words. You do not need to know which service you need.

  2. We talk it through

A conversation about your child's development, everyday routines and the situations that feel harder.

  3. We agree a starting point

Together we decide what would be most useful — and say so honestly if that is somewhere other than here.

  4. Support begins

Assessment, therapy, coaching or work with your child's setting, shaped around your child.

A specialist perspective on development

The practice combines a Swiss allied health education in psychomotricity (BSc, with recognised equivalence to the French State Diploma), French clinical experience and UK public health experience. Every child has strengths. The work is to understand development, recognise those strengths, identify what is getting in the way of participation, and work alongside families, schools and other professionals.
